KYB AGX Strut Life?

Does anyone know the average life span for a set of KYB AGX Struts? How many miles? 100,000 miles? Anyone have any blow on them prematurely here? I am just wondering when I should replace my own.

i'd say let 'em go until they blow, maybe order up some illuminas now and have them for when your agx's go, so you're not driving around forever on blown shocks.

if they're good, they're good. when you feel them starting to get soft, turn them up higher and buy a replacement set just in case

Just for comparison, my Illuminas have not blown, but they're definitely weaker than when new. I've got about 70k on them.

Agx's have a limited lifetime warranty. I'd wait 'til they go out and get the replacements for free. (minus labor of course)

when you try to claim warranty on them, make sure you tell the rep that you had them paired with h&r's or eibachs. any other spring technically voids your warranty due to the size of the drop.

Do I need to provide a receipt though at the time of Warranty?

I got my toks through Stillen. Replacement is no-questions-asked.
