They come pre-gapped but you should check them all anyway... should be around .039-.044" (someone double-check those figures?)

What's the link for changing spark plugs:

I remember the online guide someone had instructions with photos.
BTW, these are NGK platinums in Nissan Packaging.
I read somewhere that these plugs don't need gapping and that they come pregapped.

You shouldn't need to gap them at all. If one has been smacked hard enough that the gap has been shortened, take it back and get it replaced, attempting to gap them will probably just screw up the tip.

Proper gap is 1.1mm if you feel like taking a feeler gauge to them.

I had to gap my Denso Iridiums, because they were way to short, according to the Service Manual. I've been worried that I did something wrong, but my engine seems to run fine, just a little hesitation, but thats cause I dont push the pedal all the way down.....hehe

Yes, the spark gap is set by the manufacturer. The Maxima factory service manual says 0.039-0.043 inches.

Go to the Sticky titled 4th Gen Maxima Maintenance Items. Scroll down to the second post in that thread, titled Spark Plugs.
