Brake parts rubbing...

I just noticed this the other day, its a very quiet scraping sound on the rotors. Could this be warped rotor? i assume so. its not a steady scrape either.

I have the same problem. I get a scraping sound and a little shudder feel while driving. No Pulsating feel when braking though. Took it to my mech and he said it was shocks... prob BS.
