Just recently got all my windows tinted (Titanium). At night, I notice through my rear view mirror that the light from headlights behind me reflect on the defroster lines. Is this normal?

Yes it is. I noticed that too when I first tinted my windows. You'll get used to it and then you won't even notice it anymore.
