a/c condenser part availability
so my mechanic has taken over 3 weeks to order me an a/c condenser. actually the guy ordered it, or so he says, he just claims that it takes a long time for the part to come in. but over 3 weeks?! he says that it's because my car hasn't been in production in so long, but i'm not buying it. should it really be taking this long? could someone source me a nissan a/c condenser, factory replacement part not rebuilt, just so i could see that it shouldnt be taking this long?

Condensor for a 4th gen Maxima is a stock item at most radiator shops.
I can have one delivered to my shop in under an hour.
3 weeks is a joke, go find another mechanic.
The car has only been out of production for 7 years and there are tons of them on the road, replacement parts, aftermarket and OEM are a dime a dozen.
