headlight buls

Autozone has standard white, cool blue and silver. Does anyone have cool blue or silver bulbs, or any opinions on these. I would like to see pic's if you have them. I really like those circle led headlights i have seen in here before but i think it's a mod or something

Thank's everyone

if you want to upgrade from your stock headlights, i suggest Silverstars or PIAA that costs a little bit more. But if the money is the not factor, purchase a HID.

LCD or LED is probably what they are and they look like glowing halo's. A member here has them and im sure he'll post.

Thank's for the replies.

i used CB's in other vehicles and sold em at advance for a few years, imo they suck. SS's are good bulbs, i liked those. Brightest i had were the APC super whites or wtaveer they r called

I had Silverstars before and liked the output, however their life span is very short (mine lasted about 8 months). I switched to Xtravisions and I'm pretty happy with those.

Unbelieveable

I posted this thread today and i had never seen these lights on the road before. WELL, i just got home and on my way a car zoomed up on me and it HAD EM!! so i moved to the right lane to let him pass and it was a 5th gen maxima. I cought him at the light and asked "what are those"? "angel eyes" he replied immediately. LOL That's why he was ridding my bumper for a second, because he wanted me to really see them. They look real cool but i dont think they're meant for actually lighting the road. just for looks maybe.

Thanks for the responses, my question is answered.

Mmhmm. They basically "glow" rather than put any real light out. Think, for example, your side markers (the ones next to the turn signals).

Have you never seen the Bimmers with angel eyes? That is where it started.

Angel eyes are amazing. They are pure cosmetics, but they give such character to the car. And yes, they did spawn from Bimmers originally.

Silverstars. I just bought mine off of e-bay the other day for $15.00 shipped. Wal-mart sells them for $40. I like them so far. Plan on uppin' to a HID kit soon tho.

Dude, silverstars are tinted. They are also overpriced and the quality sucks!! They blow to soon. I say either go HID or go home!

Sylvania Xtravision bulbs are best if you're staying stock.

HID is a big waste of money IMO, just get the ebay glass headlamps and 9007 upgrade. Mine are crazy bright and that's with silverstars. They have a nice cutoff line and I didn't have to reaim them where as my stock foggy lamps were aimed up at the sky.
