windows dropping in a 95 max

Hey guys....my dad has a 95 max and has been having problems with the power windows. The car's got about 200,000 miles on it. Starting about a year ago, the windows have dropped back into the door one by one. It started with the rear doors, and just yesterday, the drivers side window took a dive. Of course he's propped them all up now, but we're trying to figure out if it's the power window motors going or if we got some demons in the max that we need to exorcise out.

Has anyone else had this problem? I'm not sure on the anatomy of the power window set-up, so I don't know if it's the motors or some type of support that's giving out. Also, if it's the motors, how much do they go for second-hand? Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated

The window regulator is bad, Just ebay seach 95 or 99 maxima window regualtor (not including 'or') or got courtesyparts.com the regulators are approx 60.00. They are also fairly easy to install. They will take some time and work though, it isn't exactly a lightbulb. Personally, the thin plastic cover over the inside hole of the door is the biggest PITA. Thats me though.
