Having 2 problems, I NEED HELP!

Ok, i installed a microvision 7 inch screen, install went fine, i even un-did my head unit and rewired everything ( Twice ) and the screen works fine. But when i have my ps2 plugged in i hear no noise but when i turn the ps2 on i hear a " weeeeeeeeeeen "-ing noise. I made sure the RCA's arent near a power source, tried 6 different grounds, i even cut open my inverter and wired it directly to the battery. anything i try im still hearing this weeening noise. wierd thing is, i dont hear it when the car is off, my dvd's and games play fine and no noise, but as soon as i start the car up i hear it.

Other problem is i have a 5speed, and my shifting after running at the track this past friday has been " Rubbery" . Like it's wierd cuz it's only my top shifts " 1st , 3rd , 5th " are hard to get into but all the bottom shift's, 2nd, 4th, reverse engage perfectly. I dont know whether it's my shifter busing, or somethign going on with my clutch, or whatever the issue, all i knoiw is i need HeLp!.

Well i dont know anything about tranny's but im thinking its alternator noise your hearing. But in all you might get a ground loop isolator it is supposed to reduce humming, engine, and alternator noise. Radioshack sells them for 17 bucks.(cat no.270-054) I work there so I know they have them. Probably can get a better one somewhere else though.post that question in the audio section and they will have it figured out fast im sure!
