there's a lot things it could be. You're gonna have to do some detective work. I'd rule out anything loose first. Jack up the front wheels off the ground and give the wheels a good shake (without pulling the car off the jack) up down, L/R, in/out etc. see if anything makes a noise.

Check the strut tower bolts are tight.
Check the steering rack is tight.
Check all the rubber bushings on the sway bar, LCA etc.

Do you hear noise with the vibration? What area does it come from?
Is the vibration in the steering or the chassis?

If the shocks were toast then the bouncing after hitting a bump would be slower and rolling. Did you check shocks by pushing the corner of the car down and releasing? It should come back up and then sit neutral - anymore than two bounces is a bad shock.

But you say it's a fast shaking up and down. Sounds like the time I forgot to put the strut tower mounting bolts back on (manymanymany years ago!) I still think somethings loose.

I know what you're talking about. The 99 i have came with dead shocks and it does the same. Like on multiple bumps and cracks in the road that go across the lane, but like a bunch of them one after the other which in turn will make the front shocks go up and down really quickly and hard. I feel the tires bouncing because of this. I pretty sure u feel the same. If so, it's the shocks, if not, well good luck

ok well i just pushed on my car again and the rear bounces almost 3 times when i push it down. the front only goes down then back to position. although my passanger front makes an air noise. like its shooting out air or somthing and my driver side doesnt. do i need new struts? if so where can i get them for cheap i just put about 450 into my car and im sick of it.
