UDP slightly damaged, should I install?

Hey guys, I purchased a used UDP from a fellow member. Just got it today and noticed there is a small area where it's bent a little. I think it should still work. What do you guys think? Thanks. Pictures of UDP

That timming ring comes off. Like Tom said, try and bend it. If that doesnt work call up UR and see if you can get a replacement ring.
