I was thinking about getting etiher a front or rear strut bar or both, do they make a big difference is it worth it? is it worth it to buy the expensive brands, or are there cheaper brands that do the same thing? also is it bad for the suspension because i have stock suspension and dont want it to destroy it by doing this mod haha. thanks...

 

You'll benifit most from the front bar.
Don't waste your $$$ search on ebay for a $15 bar.

They dont put any strain on the suspension, they help stabalize the chassis.
That bar is fine, actually thats the same one I have had for several years.

I had the Ebay bar for years. It was perfectly fine. I spent like $35 on it used if in 2 Maximas, sold it for $15 years later to a freind who put it on his G20. He then sold it for $45! Crazy. Point is it was a well made piece and it was cheap. I do have a Stillen bar now, and its only for looks.
