no electrical power

I'm having a problem, before i start, i never had a problem like this before and now i don't know why this would happen. Last night i came home and the car was running the way it should. Start ups were nice a strong(good batt) and all of a sudden, i have no power on my battery this morning. So i boost it and it starts up nicely, let it run drive it around. I get home, i shut it off and try to restart, battery is completly dead. I have no alternator lights on, the alternator and battery are both new(max 2 months). Can anyone give me any clue or indacation to what this might be??
Thanks
Edward

Steps:
1. Confirm there is a belt on the vehicle for the alternator.
2. Make sure you did not blow any fuses.
3. Attemp to jump start car.
4. Assuming the car runs, check the voltage being produced by the alternator.
5. Let the car idle for a few minutes and attempt to restart it.

Some Maxima's are tricky about how you start them. Place yourself firmly in the seat, close the door, put your seat belt on, lock the doors. Put the key in, and allow it to beep three times, then start the car.

Also, let us know if you have a stereo in the car, or any aftermarket apps that are installed.

yeah i know, maxi's are a bit like women...hard to read LOL... i would have never thought it would have been the neg terminal on the battery. i checked it and it was loose, which really surprised me cause i had just changed the batt and tighented it nicely myself. Well it loosened and now it's tight again aid it's all good
