Odd question about front lip fitment

I have seen 1 or 2 guys with 95-96 front bumpers using the 97-99 front lips (which looks better than the 95-96 mini-lip imo). I sent a pm to one with no reply, so i figured i would ask here. Reason i ask is that I can get a steal of a deal on a 97-99 front lip but was wondering if i can put it on with little/minimal modification or if it just will siply "bolt" up.

Any help is much appreciated.

I believe there is quite alot of fab work that must be done. I do know it is not a simple bolt up or otherwise the 95-96 owners wouldnt always be asking when a lip for 95-96 would be coming out.

Although, you can make a 97 lip fit a 96 bumper several different ways.

yeah, but i just really like how smooth i makes the front of a 95-96 look, plus it's still "unique"

Yes, so unique! And it hung lower than my 97 lip I have now! I replied to your PM. PM me again if you have any more questions.

Havn't really done much with it as of yet. Possibly working on it tomorrow.

Just wanted like an in depth way of how people usually put on their lips.

97 lip is defenitely hotter than a 96 imo. spend the extra bucks and change the whole front. i did it, and loved it so much i changed the rear bumper as well to fit the full 97-99 stillen kit.
