Strange Loss of Power

It's been going on for a while now, the car seems to be losing some power. Now given, it might just need a TB and Manifold clean, or some new plugs but I think it's something else. The plugs have normal wear on them, and are being replaced within the next few days, but I think it might be my clutch. But thats the thing...my clutch ISNT slipping. But with a hard 1-2 shift, it doesnt chirp tires like it used to and seems to not grab as quick. Sometimes, it even floats but as stated, I take it through a few gears, put it in 5th, floor it and it doesnt slip.

Now I'm thinking that it might be a slightly worn clutch or something along those lines. My father thinks that the slave and master cylinder's might be the cause, and those are getting taken care of as of this weekend via a rebuild kit along with the plugs and tranny fluid. This isnt a major problem as of yet, but it is something that has been bugging me for a little while now and any opinion's on exactly what it might be would be appreciated.

i dont think the problem is the clutch..all the clutch is used for is to shift into gears right? just what i think but i could be completely off on that one.
