Seatbelts Backwards

I don't know why, but all my seatbelts in my back row are backwards(button on the inside). Anyone know how I can remove the seatback and/or seat to fix this problem?

There are two tabs where your legs would be (one on each side). The bottom part comes out in about 30 secs (literally). From there the bolts are 14mm IIRC.
