throwing 0701, help needed

My car has been driving rough for a while, (jerking at stop lights) and I figured it was the dreaded 99' coil pack problem. Finally last night, it started driving terribly, jerking while driving as well, and the SES light came on, and flashed a couple times twice (misfire, correct?). So I got it home safely and pulled the codes and all I got was the 0701. I read the thread in the FAQ for this code, but I'm not throwing any of those other codes. Would the problem still be the CAS? I tested all 6 coils (I'm pretty sure I tested them correctly) and they all tested fine. It says that the ohmmeter test isn't fool proof, so how can I go about figuring out which ones are bad? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Multiple cylinder misfire. It's time to replace all six pack (I mean coil pack) and plugs.

By doing so, it should kill the problems. Then take some time to deal with throttle body and MAF.

The 99 coil packs suck......

Where is the cheapest place to get new coil packs if I should replace all 6? Thanks, that's what I figured the answer was, but not what I wanted to hear.
