ebay intake with K&N filter

ebay intake with K&N filter

well in the search of an intake (i used the search thing) ...i found these on ebay .... well its nice and all but i dont get what this is...is it basically a short ram or just a replacement of the stock intake n filter??...will i have to drill a hole then? .. and hows the price ( K&n filter costs 40 alone anywhere else..)

it looks like a short ram to me. I think you need to drill a hole reguardless for the ambient temp sensor that a lot of ppl put on the the top of the filter. Price wise i have no clue. K/N filters run near 20-45$ pending whats whats. And short rams are like $20-30

That is a short ram, it is a replacement of the stock midpipe. Very easy to do.

I think he's talking drilling into the fender, just leave the stock snorkel in and you won't have to worry about the IAT sensor.

oh that drilling... haha.. i didn't think of that because he never mentioned cold air style or anything. i just thought drilling and i thought of short rams. lol

GET IT Turk, so we can call it good on the intake for you and move on to the next item.

It bolts up the throttle body....you just plugg in the vacume lines and your done....you do not need to remove the battery or drill anything. It should not take more than 10 minutes to install this. keep in mind shipping is 20 bucks....

That won't, don't buy that, it says 02+ looks like a Berk style to me.

i heard a lot of ppl say that it helps the milage if u dont step on it for the sound....other than that some ppl drive crazy and complain about gettin a bad gas milage... get it and dont change ur driving style ...

For me, when I drove the speed limit and did not rev over 2500rpm, it saved a little bit of gas.
