I put angel eye rings from a bmw in my headlights......I connected them to the park lights....negative to negative positive to positive. I turn then on and they run for about 10 minutes.....then poof the corner lights and angel eyes turn off leaving the headlight on alone. I find I blew a fuse.....I change the fuse and reconnect and one angel eye doesn't work...I take it out the headlight replace it with another one..turn them on and they work fine all day...5 minuetes ago I turn it on and now the OTHER angel eye won't light up but eveything else lights up..this time I didn't blow a fuse. Sorry for the long story but..............DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW EXACTLY I AM SUPPOSED TO WIRE THESE THINGS? IS THERE A SPECIAL WAY? Oh yess the kit came with 4 rings (I USED ONE RING IN EACH HEADLIGHT) and 2 ballasts (I USED ONE BALLAST FOR EACH RING)...does that make a difference? Should I connect both rings to one ballast? PLEASE HELP ESPECIALLY ALLEYDAWG6 ....he has these lights already.

Did you use a bigger fuse? You might need a bigger fuse to run them. Def take a picture when they are working tho!

 

maybe your not getting enough power to them?

i wouldnt mind some help after you get yours working. i like the look of angel eyes on my car...

 

There is a member here that has done it on a 4th Gen and it looks terrible.

 

i have ccfl rings in mine...never have any fuse problems with mine
