VQ30DEK full swap

Alright, my aging VQ30 has develeped some leaks (timing cover, rear valve cover) and as of now i dont feel like spending that much time fixing both of them. Anyway where id like to go with the variable intake, but i theres no point of modding an engine that already has problems. So instead of fixing the leaks, and the engine is aging (190,000 miles) ive decided id like to go with the full DEK swap. I have searched (through the google advanced search) and i didnt really find what i was looking for. Lots of info on just the 00 VI swap, but i want the whole swap.

So how involved is the process? I know basically the engine are identical except the dek's have a different injector setup and have the variable intake. Obviously this engine is not going to be a 100% complete bolt in no mods required, but is there a write up or a thread on any things that will need to be modified or changed so i can read up before hand? Also does is matter if i get an 00 or an 01? I think if i want to keep my original coil packs then i can use the 00 because it still uses the 2 bolt design for them as the 01 use the single bolt?

Thanks
Chris
