Help!!!problems With 00vi On 95!!

I was putting the vi on today and when tightening the bolts down on top of the upper to the lower, those 6 long skinny 10mm bolts, one popped when I was tightening it and now wont get tight...its the one on the top left of them all. I know that it will leak there so is there a sealant I can buy to put around that area? or a way to make it get tight so air wont leak out?

I havent started the car yet like that if yall were wondering and the gap is about fingernail width around that bolt as apposed to no gap on everywhere else
