Keep them black like the cowl. They hide better when their nice and black.
Sand them down and spary them with Trim Black.

Hi..........just wanna put in my 2 cents.......................my black was fading and the chrome was starting to show............at some angles the sun would hit it and come back and blind me...........so i painted it black............i didnt know how to get it off so i just taped around arm with a bunch of news paper............not the best method but the blinding was getting to me and i needed a really quick fix.........not terribly bad though

To get your wiper arms off easily, just take the nut off then push the arm down, twards the glass a few times at the pivot joint. That will put reverse pressure on the spline shaft and release the wiper arm from it. The arm is spring loaded twards the glass. You have to release that pressure and it pops off the shaft.

Works instantly every time.

Another tip:

Mark where the wipers are on the windsheild before you take them off. Otherwise you can spend a lot of time trying to get them back in the proper place

just repaint them black , and it does hide the arms better in black.
