pulling funny

When I'm at a complete stop and I press down on the gas, the steering wheel turns left and begins to pull to the left. This happends always, no matter what. When I'm crusing and I let go of the wheel, it pulls slightly to my left. I went to get a wheel alignment a few times. I dont know what else to say, are the front struts perhaps moving are possibly loose?

This should be natural since you are sitting and driving on the left side of the car, more weight on the left side would make you drift toward the left I would believe. How severe is the pull?

I APOLOGIZE, when I said left I really meant to say the right side.

Roads have runoffs that tilt to the right. I get mad pull in 1 part of the road in my area.
