How Do U turn on fogs without headlights?

Does anyone have a link to a page that will tell u how to turn on your fogs without your headlights?

Its not possible without rewiring them. This page will tell you how and it has some great pics:

fog lights

the only way to do that would be to rewire them independent of the lights but i wouldnt cause you might forget to turn them off.

The link I posted is to turn them on WITH your corner lights. As caneyebus said, to turn them on with NO other light you must do some more rewiring.
