In Desperate Need of Cat.!

I have neglected to purchase a new cat and it has now begun to hurt my max. I have a warpspeed y and catback but kept my oem cat on. Now my car has come undone from the bolts(which barely hold up when u tighten it). My check engine light has gone on from my O2(i believe) and my car pulls in a finicky manne and to top it off my gas mileage has decreased a bit. I looked at warpspeed cats which seem pretty good but for 175 i was wondering if there was something else out there that's better for the price-or just better in general. Thanx

considering were on the topic of high flow catalytic converters and have some experience with them, i have a question. I bought my high flow cat from random technologies 2 yrs ago for my 95 auto se and i can't be more pleased with it(by the way I sold the car). It still pulls like a biatch and love it, but the thing is, when i bought it, it was one of the very few on the market and was expensive, $300. Now there are a couple, such as the warpspeed that seem good. Is there a specific brand that can be suggested. I was going to buy the one from budget at the same time with the y-pipe, but don't know if they're any good or better or are they all the same???. I don't want to spend much, but if i have to i will. I ain't getting rid of my car anytime soon so i want something good....thanks
