5th gen springs

ok im not a 4th gen person but my friend has one. I have a 5th gen and he was wondering if my Eibach springs would fit his 4th gen?

IIRC the upper coil of the rear 5th gen spring is larger around than the 4th gen. But I have seen then used in either gen. The fronts are just about identical. IM sure you could make the set up work, but it wont be at the same ride height since the 5th gen is heavier.
