What is the Fuel Line Size in and out of the Fuel Filter?

Sizes of hose for Higher flow fuel Filter?

I am wondering this because I'm thinking of converting the fuel filter to one where only the filter need be replaced. Check out these at SummitRacing: http://store.summitracing.com/section.asp?d=18&s=105

I'm thinking about the Fram because it is fairly cheap. What do you guys think?

I checked my S/C fuel lines, and they're 5/16" inner diameter. So, now, I can get one of those see-through higher flow filters....but I want to get SS fuel lines, and possibly a fitting for an FP guage. Those come in the ..AN sizes. I dont know which one matches up? Any help...
