97 steering wheel on a 95?

97 steering wheel on a 95?

Im wondering what would be involved in put the 97 steering wheel on the 95 gxe. I swap my inter. to black and got to change it anyhow!

i think you just need the wheel and the airbag which is apparently expensive and rare.

youll need the cruise buttons if you dont have them, and the trim around the columb is different too.

slightly yes. I dont know if its just the top trim, but its definetly shapped differrent. I bet it really doesnt matter for propper fitment.

why not get a 99 steering wheel, if your going to get a new steering wheel get the best looking one...

The black one is a 97-99 SE wheel. The tan one is a 97-99 GXE/GLE wheel.

you got that on your 4th genner? how hard was it? does ur air bag work?

not mine... one of the orgers

supposedly his airbags and even the stereo controls work

Yea that car was a 95 and was compleatly transformed into a 98/99. Pretty nutts. The wheel and air bag were expensive as heck, I think he bought them new.

if that guy made the stereo control work... the cruise controls should work too... if that is true can somebody explains how to and if its hard or not!
