Loose Parking Brake - HELP!

I replaced my rear pads and rotors today (fronts are still pretty new) on my 95 max. The brakes work great, but my e-brake handle has some play in it now... the handle moves loosely for about 1/2 inch before the tension kicks in. When I pull up on the parking brake, the handle travels higher up than before and the rear brakes don't squeeze tight enough to keep my car from rolling in neutral.

Can anyone tell me how to adjust/tighten the parking brake? Thanks in advance!

pull the boot off. You will see a nut on top of the cable. Tighten that and you will tighten the brake. If I recal you are suposed to have no more than 11 clicks when you pull up on the brake.
