anyone know how to take the rear bumper off? i wanna take it off so its easier to paint.

eh? bump....

 

It basically just unbolts. Remove the tail lights and some trim where the trunk meets the bumper. Then there are some bolts inside the trunk/fender area you will need to remove the carpet trim to expose them.

 

In addition to the previous post, there is also a long thin black trim cover just under the trunk lip that needs to popped off to expose a row of attachment bolts. There is also a row of bolts on the bottom of the bumper cover that connect to small support brackets. Soak these with penetrating oil before trying to remove them. They are easy to snap off, then it is a pain to remove the broken pieces. Better yet hold onto the brackets with vicegrips when removing them.
