MAP BARO Valve
Has anybody fixed a 13 02 code by replacing the MAP/BARO SW Solenoid/Valve? What did it look like???
This thread http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=352739 supposedly shows the MAP, but what it really shows is the EGRC Selenoid Control Valve. I know because I just replaced it. I was getting an error code for the EGRC (10 05), so I ordered that from Courtesy Nissan. What I got looked exactly like what is shown in the thread. Somewhere along the way I also got the errror code for the MAP (13 02). After I replaced the EGRC, I reset the ECU, and now I'm getting just the code for the MAP. So I'm sure I replaced the right part. But the FSM, Chiltons and Haynes either don't show the MAP, or show the EGRC. This is starting to drive me crazy...

OK, the wife brought the car back, and I've had more time to poke around. As near as I can tell, there are THREE valves that look the same--one is the EGRC that I just replaced, and the other two are mounted sideways on a plate closer to the front of the engine compartment. One is upside down, so I'm not sure it's got the same hose configuration, but it looks like it does.
So now the question is, which one is the MAP? I suppose I could just order the part and start swapping it in, but that's so low tech...
