Question! Is It Ok To.....

Hey..Is it ok to have the Mass air flow sensor unplugged. Ive just order a new one but im tired of driving and having the car shut off on me where every i go.

It is ok to drive like that..Its gonna take a few days before i get and i really dont want put my car in danger.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOO.....the car will not perform past 2000 rpms and will continue to keep shuting off on you any way....U NEED THE MAF PLUGGED IN.....you will put ur car in more danger trying to drive it without it plugged in

it'll run, just not well because its not able to read any of the air coming in, so it doesn't know how to adjust air/fuel ratio

Be sure to have the temp. sensor plugged in too or it could be bad on the engine.

You can try it, but you'll have trouble getting around the block. It'll keep stalling out and running rough.
