im trying to install some window trim. took the nut on the top corner off and lower midde. am i suppose to pull up or is there a rail to pull it off of? i looked at the new set and cant figure out how. anyone know how to take it off?

 

After you take the nut off the top rail you need to push the stud the nut was on out through the door. Then pull out/down on the rail from the out side of the car. For the bottom peice just take the screw out (kind of like the nut on the top peice) then grab it in the middle of the trim and rock it back and forth while pulling up. If you are taking off the peice around the side view mirror then you need to pull the door panel off the inside of the door, and remove the side view mirror. The back door is the same with the exception of the rear most part. It snaps in. Pretty difficult to remove it with out damaging it.
