removing glass lens on headlight assembly, how to
#5
i just did it 2 days ago and i put the headlights in the oven for about 8-9 minutes at 250 degrees and then make sure u get the top of the lens off first because after that u take a flathead and pry the sides and then the bottom comes off easily

I believe 250 degrees is kind of high, but then you would have to take it out sooner to avoid risk of melting the housing if kept in longer. I would keep it in the oven around 15-20 min at around 200 degrees using the wet towel method on a cookie sheet. This is the method I used when I cleared the turn signal lens in my HID's. The glue gets nice and gooey so you have plenty of time to pry apart the lens.

250 degrees is what it says on the how to's and it also says keep them in there for 10-15 minutes but i took mine out at like 8-9 minutes and it was perfect.....so im just sayin thats what i did and it worked .....
