Time for weight reduction, suggestions needed

I'm in the process of removing all my A/C equipment currenty because the pump is done, and i want to do more weight reduction. I heard about removing bumper supports but i dont want to mess with anything that would make the car weaker in the case of an accident. Anybody have any suggestions for free weight reduction without messing up the functionality of the car?

Wheels, tires, sound deadening, anything and everything that you dont want, drill holes in stuff, replace heavy stuff with lighter stuff, lose everything in the trunk, there are endless things to do. search around for the big list someone posted up.

Take out your speakers if you don't listen to music.

Some of that stuff seems a little exteme. Taking out the spare tire and jack can save a lot of weight. Seats are another big thing i think the back seat weighs at least 100lbs

i've done some weighs reduction, most of it is listed on that page, and now my car weighs 2862 (fully loaded GLE 3.5 5spd), probably 100 pounds less if i take out the seats.

I just gutted my trunk, and the car feels quite a bit quicker, but it was a lot of weight back there. Random tools, big board for my subs, amp, jack brackets, spare, just a bunch of crap. I didnt remove the A/C yet, that will be done tomorrow.
