ionic dynamics body kit install question

i just bought the 1995/96 ionic dynamics "stillen look-alike" body kit and i was wondering if it comes primered already or needs to be primered then painted. it looks like it has sort-of whiteish paint on it but i wanna know for sure to make sure i don't get cracked paint or anything like that. any suggestions or help would be awesome. thanks!

I think the kit comes in either yellow or black. The black takes longer to send out. I do think it is primered already so just sand and paint...
