Some strange noises from the front

I recently had my left axle and hub replaced because of a wheel bearing issue. I also slightly damaged my right axle on the far end of it by putting in a small scratch but the mechanic said it didnt need to be replaced and that was about a month ago.

Now occasionally when I turn right it makes this noise that sounds more like a clunking that goes in sync with the speed of the wheels. It almost sounds like something is rubbing on metal but I jacked it up and there is nothing rubbing or touching. I figured it could be the CV but it is so sporadic, I dont think that is the case. When the car is cold it is less likely to do it and it usually sounds the worst on either a 45 degree right turn or about a 5 degree right, and never has the issue turning to the left.

Does anyone have any ideas of what could be going on or what I can check for?

Thanks for your help,

Derek
