Help with Spark Plug

man, got stuck on the hardest plug, ( driver side rear plug )..
when pulling out the rubber shaft that connects to the spark plug, the big round
rubber that covers the head of the plug disconnected from the shaft.
So basically its stuck around the plug.

Any ideas on how to get it out.. ?

i attempted to push the shaft back in and pull it out but no luck..
