hi

i had my system for like 2 years now and all of a sudden the bass does not hit at a low volume

not suer what it is. i asked my bro and he said that it could be the rca plugs because they at really long. i got them about 4 months ago but since like 2 months this has been happening. when i turn it up it bumps fine then at a low volume it sounds like the power is to weak so the subs dont bump

please help

How many sub(s)? What kind of amp? Check the connection to the battery(might be dirty), make sure all the wires for your amp are connected tightly, see if the wires leading into the face are tight also(if you can). It does sound like the RCA's. Do you have a cap on the sub(s)? If all of these check out ok I would take it to a sound shop and have them look at it. Hope this helped.

Or hook your sub to your friend's ride and see if it works. If it works in another car then it's wire otherwise it's the sub
