RedlineMAx

Hey guys, i'm just wondering how reliable is RedlineMax, I'm trying to order them something, but they haven't responded to my email. Just by past experience, how good are their service?

Stay away from them, it seems there is a new complaint story every week.

Yep I had horrible problems with them. Took me like 2 months to get my clears and they never even sent the vent visors I ordered. That was a year ago but what a P.I.T.A that was.

I would stay away from them completely. I heard they have moved twice and they never got their shyte together still. I've seen horror stories here, it seems like, about them every other week.

Yes, I found this out the hard way it seems.. Question to anyone who has dealt with them: When your order was processed did it always say "pending" b/c my credit card has already been charged? I thought companies only charged you when they are shipping the item out? This is the first time i have dealt with them, but prob. the last.. No customer service at all.....

I understand if a company is struggling, I heard they have moved twice.. But you got to let your customers know what's going on with there order at least... That's the first rule i believe.

I have not ordered nothing from them in a while but before i got a fast ship.... Can't say anything about them now except they seem very high in price. Only reason i went with redline is b/c they were the cheapest in price and the cattman site was under constuction

Yeah that was the deal with my order from redline. They charged me for everything before it was even in line to be sent. Ended up that right after they got my payment they "lost" my order. I payed extra shipping costs and got 1 of my 2 things 2 months later...Never got a refund for the shipping or the 2nd product I didnt recieve. Never going to redline again!
