A buddy of mine noticed that his new wheels have chipped paint on them, it's real wierd like a circle on the inside part thats "cut out" for a lack of better words.. maybe a rock hit them or something, anyway how and where does that kind of thing get fixed?

 

Other than applying touch-up paint to the scratch, he'd have to have the entire wheel repainted, same as a scratch on the body of a car.
