Im In the market for some new rims,BUT

I had a question about rim sizing... I understand the size and width, but I don't get the OFFSET? What's that? Does anyone know what the highest and lowest "offset" We can put on the 4 gen Max? .....fnck it, while Im here, does anyone know whats the widest rims we can put in the front and in the rear? is it 10 inches?

Thanks in Advance...

offset is basically how far out the wheel is going to sit when it's mounted. i have +35mm offset all around and it's flush w/ the front fenders and a little tucked in the rear on my 17x8 rims. the lower the number the more it's going to stick out.

offset is the distance from the center of the wheel to where the wheel actually mates to the hub....larger offsets mean more tucked in wheels...smaller offsets mean pushed out wheels.....

a range I remember from the stickies is 35mm (lowest to run) to a 45mm offsett

I believe our stock wheels are 44mm offsett.

you should be fine with 47mm. Spacers I dont think so but that also will depend on the size of tires you put on.
