Fuel leak... wtf?!?!?!

See the photos below, which are off-oriented (turn your head to the side a bit). The photos are of my throttle body taken from the front of the car.

The second I pressurize the fuel system, I get a non-stop leak here:

(See red circle)

The leak comes from somewhere just above (in this photo, to the right because of the stupid angle) of the circled area. Where is this fuel coming from, and what do i need to do to stop the flow?

Because of the dangerous nature of the fuel leak, I pretty much shut off the car as soon as I see fuel... so the source may be even odder than that, but the glance I had showed the leak coming from above that red circle.

I would need a larger Picture to tell where its coming from...way to hard to tell from that pic. I do see the FPR, but after that, cant tell anything

apologies for the rather myopic view:

The area where I observed the fuel is circled. This is what I saw the fuel drip ONTO, so I presume the source is above that.

Not sure where fuel could be coming from above there.... all my lines are routed elsewhere and seem to be intact as far as I can tell.

basically the leak is behind and underneath the crescent-schaped throttle plate...

Theres no fuel flowing through the Throttle Body. Clean everything off and start the car and look for a leak. Sounds like you had some fuel on there and you spotted it. That circle is ABOVE where the fuel flows.

what's odd is that I SAW fuel DROP onto the surface in the circled area, which, as you said, makes absolutely no sense...

I hate starting the car up and repeatedly pressurizing the car's fuel lines like that... isn't it kinda dangerous?

its dangerous if there is an flame or spark around. Because if the area and dont rub any metal pieces together, keep a fire extenguisher close by (just in case).

Its still hard for me to clearly see where the leak it, but if you've identified the source, then either replace that part, seal it up, or what ever is needed to stop the leak.
