Tranny Problems

Yesterday i was on a very steep incline and i was going from a stop and stalled the car. I thought nothing of it, when i drove the car later i noticed the clutch felt really weird. If I stomp the clutch and immediatly remove my foot the clutch doesnt come out with it. It pops up a second after my foot leaves it. Then today on the way to school I was experiencing the same clutch problems but not it was getting very hard to shift gears. Every gear shift i make grinds a little now. What is going on in my car??!?!?!?!? any help will be greatly appreciated

Well...it could be something as simple as a clutch slave cylinder. If it's bad, it can certainly cause your clutch pedal not to return and will make your shifting very notchy (or cause grinding when shifting). Visually inspect it to check the fluid level and for leaks from the cylinder itself.
