Idle problem on a 98 5spd

Hey guys, I have a 98 5spd maxima, and lately, my idle became too high, I mean usually its 600 but now its like 800. The IACV has been cleaned, new NGK spark plugs, all service, everything has been done properly. I have been trying to tune it using IACV regulator bolt(Turned off TPS, started, tuned, connect back, started again), but as soon as I start it after connecting TPS back, it comes back to 750-800. No CELs. Thank you. ANyhelp is appreceated.

From the Haynes shop manual

PCM control of the idle system must be disabled before checking or adjusting the idle speed.

Place the ECU in self diagnostic mode, code 0505 should be flashing indicating no trouble codes are present. If trouble codes are present, repair the problem before proceeding.

Idle speed adjustment, done with the engine completely warmed up:

Place the ECU in self diagnostic mode (code 0505 flashing) and start the vehicle. Adjust the idle speed using the bypass screw located near the IACV.

Idle speeds are as follows:
1995 -
Manual tranny - 550 - 650 RPMs
Auto tranny - 600 - 700 in park
1996 - 1999
Manual tranny - 525 - 625
Auto tranny - 600 - 700 in park

Once the idle speed is set, turn the engine off.

Idle speed is set with a completely warmed up engine, no A/C headlights or any other accessories on.
