On the back of my Max the letters are starting to chip. This exposes the yellow plastic. Does anyone have any suggestion on what to do. I was thinking of taking them off but im not sure yet. I wasnt sure if anyone has ever painted or done anything else. Any comments that you can give me would be great.....

 

Yeah I did it a few days ago. It looks nice and clean. It was really easy. Just make sure you heat up the glue otherwise it will take forever to take off. Also wax the trunk after you are done to protect the paint.

 

I took mine out just a few days ago and it looks sweet!! I took out both the nissan emblem and the maxima emblem and put a GTR emblem where the nissan one was. All you need is some dental floss, wd40 to make removing the glue easier, and some wax to protect he paint. Good luck!
