Leather seat fitment

My friend has a 2000 maxima and he's parting it out. He has tan leather seats that are in good condition. I was wondering, would his seats fit in the 4th gen maximas? Thanx...

will he part out the upper and lower intake with throttle body, rear valve cover, egr guide tube, rear 3 coil packs. hu will he hu ? pleeeze

Seems like someone else did this swap, but they had to make a bracket or something for the bolt holes to line up.

They will fit with modifications. Custom brackets
