Autozone Rotors?
Any1 have them on their car? There are two different kinds: The Valucraft and the Duralast. Any1 have any remarks on autozones' rotors as compared to brembo blanks ?

if you get them use the warrenty to your advantage......but them. then within 2 years go buy more rotors. Return the used ones and make sure you get them to delete your old warrenty. That way you get your money back, and 2 more years of warrenty rotors.

I know the price might seem good for those rotors and pads, but remember we're talking about your brakes here. Your safety and the safety of others rests in those pads. Do you really want to cheap out on that stuff?

I have the duralast rotors and i have no complaints. They came with a two year warranty so figured i would give em a try, they lasted me two years so i was happy. For the price you cant go wrong, just go for a good set of pads.

i used a set of duralast rotors. i work at autozone so i got them cheap. They sucked. I was running hawk pads with them, and the brake would fade like no other. I would not even be driving that hard. I would stay away form them just like most things in that store.

one nice thing about the OEM Nissan rotors - all surfaces (except the friction surface) are painted with a rust preventative black paint so they won't rust.
the latest batch of OEM rotors does not have the breaker bolt holes though. but I think the center hole is a bit bigger so they don't seize on the hub. at least that was my impression when I installed them.

just stick w/ oem and listen to the guy that works there, dont buy anything from them besides Soap, Tools, and Battery
im sure they work, just like any other cheap pad/rotor combo, but just not as effective as oem rotor/pads

I've had my 96SE since day one, and the front pads were good for 80K, the rears for 110K, and at 125K the rotors still haven't gotten to the point of needing to be resurfaced. And even with very wide, high-performance rubber, I can still lock-up at well above any legal speed.
Do the math!
