Need some suspension ideas..

So i've pretty much decided i wanna get a different suspension setup. Mine rides like s4!+ and makes too much noise. What would you guys reccomend for shocks and springs? I want something that will set it fairly low, good ride quality, and not too expensive. I know im not gonna get a great ride quality, but im sure it will be much better than now. If you could, post up what you got and a pic if possible...thanks

I know this is not what your asking ,but do you have moda r6's? I would really like to see a pic if i could? I LOVE those rims and had them on my 328i with a nice low drop and it looked awesome. Sorry for being off topic, but If I had to recommend a suspension set-up I would say eibach or progress with some illumina's.

Ok not to be a d!ck...but you really need to delete this thread. There are 3 threads right on the first page of the forum about suspension. Not to mention how many places you can find the information about each setup.

progress & illuminas or coilovers

i had tokico blues and a 1" lower springs i forget the name of the springs e& something.

with these and the anti-roll bar from stillin (progress and addecco are equelly good - but i dont think there is any modification to change settings). and front strut bar, the car did auto-x great for a year, then it degrated.

i was hearing so much stuff about struts recently... check this out for sure!

i was thinking with going with KYB AGX because they are cheap and great for autox, but my first choice was illuminas because they are a better ride quality and no modifications are needed liike the koni yellows, which i would MORE THAN LOVE TO HAVE (koni yellows are a dream i hear - never rode them myself) but those are really rather expensive and need modifiactions.

springs - i wish i had the link to the page where they have many differnt spring and shocks setups', it was like frozen somthing - i dont remember but great site - think it was for a 5th gen maxima but great resource.

remember shocks usually are not garanteed past 1.5" and normally you dont want to exceed more than 1" because it will degrade the rest of your suspention (even that will).

Tokico Illuminas (even the blues are good) and Tokico Springs. ~1.8" drop all the way around.
