Exhaust question: What’s missing here?

Couple a weeks ago I installed a HKS exhaust and when installed it I found out I’m missing a hinge or some sort of a bracket (see picture below). The previous owner had installed a custom exhaust he made and probably he didn’t need this bracket so he might have cut it. Anybody have a picture of what this bracket looks like?

Also since I installed my HKS, it doesn’t align well in my bumper. Kinda looks like my b-pipe is too long and is pivoting my exhaust to the left. The b-pipe was already on the car when I got it but it looks like it’s a budget since it has a magnaflow silencer. Or maybe a custom b-pipe but I doubt it. Does anyone had fitment issue with a budget b-pipe? Would a Cattman fix this? Any idea?

It's just the rubber hanger that is missing. It bolts up using the existing bolt that is alredy there. You could go to any parts store and pick one up.

brackets are like 3-4 inch appart

1FSTMAX, I know i have rust but trust me, it's pretty damn clean for an 11 year old car! You should see civics around here! Anyways the car is parked each winter now so it will help stop the cancer...

and it's a HKS Sport rear section

Mine is also a little to the left, but my whole setup is welded by myself and a friend, so that explains why its not perfectly alligned.
