Radiator Coolling Fans - options/advice

The Max left me stranded in rush hour last night. Turns out both of my cooling fans are bad. One stopped working months ago and I did not know it and the second finally gave out. Anyone ever replace these before with something other than used? Aftermarket maybe?? I am having a hard time finding used ones in this area. AutoZone wants $200 for the assembly (both fans) or $85/motor - can only imagine what the dealer would want for these things!!

If anyone has one or two fans or fan motors they would like to sell and are within about an hour of St. Louis...email me!

Thanks,
Paul

I'm interested in getting after market fans for my ride too. My AC fan went out about a year ago. Just running on the secondary right now. I heard that Flex-a-lite makes an assembly for our cars. Anyone tried them out yet?

Turn the car on and let it sit...if they go on after a while they work. O yeah, if your car doesnt over heat they work. Mine blew and my car overheated this summer. I changed them no problem. Dad got me new motors for pretty cheap at the junkyard and installed them on my stock support. They work great.
